DANGER, en cas de je\u00fbne, pr\u00e9venir votre m\u00e9decin\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u2013 Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est tout d\u2019abord une alimentation qui va permettre \u00e0 chacun de fonctionner du mieux possible. Elle comportera 3 repas par jour (n\u2019en sauter aucun et \u00e9viter tout grignotage entre les repas).
